Julie Gilbert Newrai is a successful (that’s an understatement) serial entrepreneur…responsible for over 11 Billion (with a B!) in new business growth—both inside large corporations like Best Buy and outside. She is a Founding Principal of “Wolf Means Business”, a global innovation company founded on respect for customers and employees. She’s now rolling out a new business called PreciouStatus, a high tech mobile communication platform for people with loved ones in care facilities. Oh…and she’s a wife to Sohrab and mommy to Arman. Most people would look at Julie Gilbert Newrai’s business accomplishments and say “That makes her a super hero.” Honestly, that’s impressive, but even more impressive is her super hero heart that gives all those accomplishments meaning for her and the world.

Here is part one of her super hero advice!

Given who you are, what’s your super hero advice? What do you know for sure? 

Julie Gilbert Newrai: Work only with those that share similar values about honesty, integrity, and respect for others. Surround yourself with those better talented than you. Stand in your truth. Make it your quest to elevate others in their power-zone’s and ‘all ships will rise’ for good.

What’s your definition of a super hero for yourself?

JGN: Someone who seeks to make the world a better place by lifting other’s into their passions and talents.

What’s your definition of a super hero for others?

JGN: Live your passion, share your beautiful unique voice, and love.

When did you find out you had super powers?

JGN: I am not sure I do. I can’t help myself but do that which makes me the most joyful and that is elevating other’s voices towards innovating a better tomorrow.
